Simple TAX FREE solution   -   Update GREEN Cards   -   Enforce PRESENT Laws If our federal government is too brain-dead to start building a concrete wall, maybe each state on
the border can build their own wall by offering a VALID Green Card AFTER a background check
for 30-days labor on the wall.     Arizona's tent-city jail could start it right now . . . if they wanted to!
